"HIGHLY RECOMMEND Karl and Gytha!! They are amazing! They are competent, responsive, knowledge and fun to work with. My parents used them twice and recommended them to us (and they have moved a lot and are incredibly picky). So we ended up using them twice (for buying and selling) as well. You would be hard pressed to find better agents and people to work with. We also had a lot of fun house hunting together! And we have also stayed in touch with them beyond just using them for buying and selling. We are a military family (which they are very military friendly and work with the Homes for Heroes program) and if we ever get stationed in CO again, we will be using Karl and Gytha.
